Group Counseling

You are not alone on your journey.

A kind of psychotherapy called group counseling usually includes one to two skilled group therapists working with four to ten clients at once. Every week, for 90 minutes, therapy groups convene at the same time. The group members talk about the topics that are on their minds and provide encouragement and advice to one another throughout that time.

Counseling for intimate relationships includes couples counseling, sometimes referred to as marriage counseling. Family therapy or family counseling is a way to create and keep up strong, effective family ties. The aim is to recognize and deal with family issues. These problems could be behavioral, psychological, or emotional in nature. Family systems theory is the root of many family treatment techniques.
